SUNSET VILLA MYKONOS extends in two levels. It has a total of 150m² of indoor and 180m² of outdoor spaces. As you approach, there is an outdoor corridor that leads to a small welcoming garden with cacti and a fig tree. There is a parking space on the road outside the villa for 2 cars.
The villa has a separate entrance, and as you enter it, there is a cozy living room with a fireplace, that connects to the Sunset balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is next to the living room and has all necessary appliances, such as stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and ironing equipment. You or a private chef can prepare your meals easily. There is also a bathroom on this level. A small wooden stair, leads to the mezzanine/loft bedroom that has 2 single beds and a sofa.
There is a seating area on the lower level, that stands as a second living room and connects to the Sunset garden, a place ideal for sunbathing, reading, playing games or just relaxing and enjoying the incredible view. There are 3 bedrooms on this level, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is another bathroom on this level.

SUNSET VILLA MYKONOS is an eco-friendly house, as it does not need air-conditioning because of its heavy stone walls and due to its special architectural and engineering design. It does not have a swimming pool, as Mykonos is an arid island. Though beautiful beaches with turquoise waters and white sand are only 10 min away from the Villa.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price. For a 7 days stay at SUNSET VILLA MYKONOS, there is a midweek cleaning service with change of linen included. Please request if you need additional cleaning. Should you need some things stocked, such as food or drinks before your arrival, please let us know.
There is a parking lot for 2 cars outside the house.
The Villa has free Wi-Fi, a 42” HD Smart TV set with Netflix. Pets are welcome at SUNSET VILLA MYKONOS.
